3000# Forged Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings – Threaded & Socket Weld
Stainless steel fittings made from forgings are engineered to be stronger than cast fittings. When the steel goes through the thermal and mechanical process it changes the shape of the steel while it is still in a solid state.
This process alters the grain of the steel causing it to be mechanically stronger and more reliable with a high impact tolerance. This can in some cases create a stronger product without the need for higher cost alloys. Forged steel also has a high wear resistance because of the tighter grain structure of the steel.

اتصالات فورج استیل کلاس 3000 ساخته شده بصورت فورج به گونه ای طراحی شده اند که قوی تر از اتصالات ریخته گری باشند. هنگامی که فولاد فرآیند حرارتی و مکانیکی را طی می کند، در حالی که هنوز در حالت جامد است، شکل فولاد را تغییر می دهد.
این فرآیند دانه فولاد را تغییر می دهد و باعث می شود که از نظر مکانیکی قوی تر و قابل اعتمادتر با تحمل ضربه بالا باشد. این در برخی موارد می تواند محصول قوی تری را بدون نیاز به آلیاژهای با هزینه بالاتر ایجاد کند. فولاد فورج نیز به دلیل ساختار دانه ای محکم تر فولاد، مقاومت در برابر سایش بالایی دارد.
